Fans of Mortal Kombat 11 are always looking for a new addition to the DLC Characters List, and so they would be happy to know that seemingly the villain from DC universe, Joker, might be making his way into the game. Just recently the creative director Ed Boon recently took to his official Twitter account to tease that Joker is finally coming to MK11.

Interesting as it may seem, this is not the first time we have received a leak, suggesting that Joker will be added into Morder Kombat 11 DLC characters list. However, coming from the creative director in the form of a tease is perhaps the most legit one to date. Having said that, we would still advise you to take this with a grain of salt as no official confirmation has been given by NetherRealm Studios or Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Ed Boon recently posted some song lyrics on Twitter, trying to tease Pennywise from the IT movie, which almost made it to the game. Now he has posted another song lyric hinting towards Joker from the DC comics. So if speculations are to be made, then we all seem to think that its a tease meant for Mortal Kombat 11 DLC characters and Joker making it to the list.

For those who can not seem to recognize this lyric, it is from a Steven Miller song titled, “The Joker”. As if this tease was not enough, NetherRealm’s community developer also stepped in only to tease Joker saying;

With all that said, we still recommend that you take this lightly, considering the fact that there have been multiple rumors and speculations, it could be just Boon trolling his fans. Also considering the upcoming standalone Joker film, starring Joaquin Phoenix, makes this all the more interesting.

So while we are uncertain about Joker making his way to the list of Mortal Kombat DLC characters, for those who are interested they can purchase the Kombat Pack from Microsoft Live Store or PlayStation Store.
