Finally, with the conclusion of the Nintendo direct E3 2019 presentation, all of the press conferences have ended. While E3 event will continue and will be open for the fans and enthusiasts to check out all that is available the event has unofficially come to an end. That said, without any doubt, Nintendo’s stream was a remarkable one as not only were there some major Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements, there were quite a lot of them.

For most of the fans, the biggest news was of the Legend of Zelda Breath of The Wild Sequel. While we have all the important titles listed below, it seems like the news from Nintendo still seems to be popping up. During Nintendo Treehouse live stream, more tidbits have also arrived. Telling us about Pokemon Sword and Shield’s Max Raid Battles. Details about Animal Crossing: New Horizons co-op and New Amiibo figures were also laid out. So without any delay let us take a look at all the announcements to form E3 2019 Nintendo Direct presentation.

Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements

Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Sequel (Nintendo Switch)

Nintendo Showed off the teaser along with a short statement for the fans to assure them that the game is currently in development. The statement read as follows;

The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is now in development.”

Apart from the trailer and the development news of this Breath of the Wild sequel for Nintendo Switch, not much was revealed. No release date or title was revealed. So perhaps it might take some time before we get that out in the open.

Two New Smash Ultimate DLC Characters

As promised Nintendo delivered two new Smash Ultimate DLC characters who will be joining the roster for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate this summer.

Dragon Quest XI Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch-Release Date

While a new trailer was aired during the Square Enix E3 2019 press conference, the release date for Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition also has been confirmed. It is slated to roll out on September 27th this year.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 Nintendo Switch Debut

A trailer of Luigi’s Mansion 3 for Nintendo Switch made its debut and it seemingly has given us a much closer look. We see Luigui dealing with the terrifying, real-world problems, while he brother does not seem to have the guts to handle Ghosts.

Seiken Densetsu 3 Remake Trials Of Mana Release Date

Trials of Mana is the notoriously unlocalized third game in the Mana series and now its HD remake is making its way to Nintendo Switch in the early next year.

Zelda: Link’s Awakening Remake-Dungeon-Maker Mode And Release Date

The new mode for Zelda: Link’s Awakening Remake is dungeon-creator that actually appears to be pretty decent. This mode allows the player to create their own, custom made dungeons. Once the players have created their dungeons, they can then explore the dungeons. Moreover, conquering the various chambers will also yield multiple rewards. Link’s Awakening is scheduled to launch on September 20.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses Story Trailer

A new trailer for Fire Emblem: Three Houses was shown. It takes a similar to the Harry Potter approach to Fire Emblem tactical role-playing. Which is a choice driven narrative style. You will be playing as Byleth either as male or either as female, who is a teacher at the Officer’s Academy.

That said the academy is divided into three houses hence the name “Three Houses”. Each house is led by a very powerful individual who hails from any one of the three nations that make up the Fodlan continent. The princess of Adrestian Empire is Edelgard while the prince of Holy Kingdom of Faerghus is Dimitri, while Claude is the heir to the leading house of Leicester Alliance.

More Resident Evil Games For Nintendo Switch

Among the Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements, this one seems to also have stirred quite a lot of excitement. Nintendo has revealed that two more titles of Resident Evil will soon be joining Nintendo Switch. They include Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6. While for most of the fans of Resident Evil these two titles are considered to be inferior to the cult classic Resident Evil 4. Rest assured that both of these will be action focused in comparison to the survival horror approach their predecessors had.

No More Heroes 3 Announced- Nintendo Switch

Travis Touchdown is the last hero left in No More Heroes 3. Now he has an armored suit and a new katana. So he just might be more powerful than you might think. Having said that the devs have seemingly kept the general outlandish tone intact for the fans in this third game that is slated to roll out on Nintendo Switch next year. Exact release date not been specified.

Daemon x Machina Release Date

Along with a brand new trailer for Deamon x Machina, the release date of the game has also been announced. The game is slated to roll out on September 13 this year.

That said, Kenichiro Tsukuda the guy who has previously worked on the Armoured Core series is directing this game. In his game, you will be piloting a giant high powered mechanical suits known as Arsenal. You will have the choice depending on how you wish to be outfitted. You will be able to switch between a variety of weapons for various playstyles. The mission, should you choose to accept, is to defend humanity from an army of robots, controlled by a rogue AI. Daemon x Machina will have support for both local and online multiplayer.

Panzer Dragoon Remake-Nintendo Switch

The remake of Sega’s classic on-rails shooter Panzer Dragoon has now been announced for Nintendo Switch. It is being developed by Forever Entertainment’s Megapixel Studio. It will be the remake of the first and original Panzer Dragoon game that rolled out all the way back in 1995 for Sega Saturn.

New Contra Game-Nintendo Switch

Finally, the Contra franchise has made a return this year. Among all the Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements was the announcement of Contra Rogue Corps. for Nintendo Switch. It is a third person, behind the shoulder title, which also features moments presented from the top-down perspective. You will be able to play solo or fight against others through online or local multiplayer. So it does seem pretty promising.

Contra Anniversary Collection Released

This was among the releases that really came out of nowhere and so it was a major surprise in the series of Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements. Not only this collection has been released but the company has also made Contra Collection available in the Nintendo eShop following its reveal.

The Contra Collection contains 10 classic Contra games that also include the European Probotector games. The full collection includes;

  • Contra for arcade and NES,
  • Super Contra for arcade and NES,
  • Contra 3: Alien Wars,
  • Contra: Hard Corps,
  • Operation C for Game Boy,
  • Probotector versions of Contra 3 and Hard Corps.

Ultimate Alliance 3 Trailer

This is perhaps one of the biggest announcements as in the trailer of Ultimate Alliance 3 we see a lot of Marvel Heroes and villains that will be making their way into the game. Some of them include;
Hela, Surtur, Magneto, Miles Morales, Doctor Octopus, Ghost Rider, Elektra, Kamala Khan, Gwen Stacey, Thor, Scarlet Witch, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Avengers.

Moreover, as you may see in the trailer that it also showcases The Black Order’s main antagonist, Thanos. So much much excitement for this. Be that as it may, The Black Order will be launching with an expansion pass that will add more additional playable characters to the game. The pass will let you gain access to the characters from the Marvel Knights, X-Men, and Fantastic Four.

Mario And Sonic At The Olympic Games Trailer

Nintendo announced Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games got a really nice trailer. Along with it was revealed that the game will exclusively arrive rollout on Nintendo Switch in November this year. Both Mario and Sonic will join their friends from their own respective universes. They will be competing in various sports, such as surfing, skateboarding, sprinting, climbing, boxing horse racing, swimming, fencing, soccer, baseball, hurdles, long jump, basketball, shot put, volleyball, BMX, and gymnastics.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy-Nintendo Switch

Among the various Nintendo E3 2019 Announcements, was the Spyro Reignited Trilogy which is being ported to Nintendo Switch. As you may know that the game has previously launched across PS4 and Xbox One, last year. This year it will be making the jump to Nintendo Switch on September 3. This remasters features updated versions of the first three Spyro games; 1998’s Spyro the Dragon, 1999’s Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage and 2000’s Spyro: Year of the Dragon.

Nintendo’s Cadence Of Hyrule-Nintendo Switch

Trying to spread more love for Link and Zelda, a new trailer for Cadence of Hyrule, was showcased. The release date for yet another surprise as it is releasing very, very soon. The game will roll out on 13th June. Furthermore, It will feature 25 remixed classic tracks from the Legend of Zelda series of games.

Alien Isolation-Nintendo Switch

Although Alien Isolation appeared very briefly it seems to have stirred a lot of hype among fans. It seems AAlien Isolation is making its way to Nintendo Switch.

Animal Crossing For Switch

Animal Crossing that was delayed for Nintendo Switch now has a name, Animal Crossing: New Horizons which is the upcoming installment scheduled to release on March 20, 2020. A trailer has also been shown at Nintendo Direct.

The Witcher 3-Nintendo Switch

Among all of the Nintendo announcements for E3 2019, The Witcher 3 making its way to the Nintendo console seems to have taken home the trophy. While there were a few rumors which suggested so, the acclaimed role-playing game The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will making its way to Switch along with its two substantial expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, sometime later this year.

Astral Chain

At the Nintendo’s E3 2019 Direct presentation the new Astral Chain trailer was shown and it seems to offer quite a lot of action in the game. Which also includes some over the top combat along with boss fights.

Pokemon Sword & Shield

Nintendo in its presentation revealed that Pokemon Sword and Shield will be compatible with the Poke Ball Plus. For those who do not know Poke Ball Plus is the Poke Ball-shaped controller that released last year. It has been used in Pokemon games, like Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee.
