I have a lot of love for Movies especially science fiction however nothing beats the fun of sitting behind a screen and playing some hard core FPS games. Apart from them i am a major lover of Assassins Creed titles especially Brotherhood, The Witcher and God Of War. Huge fan of animation director Hayo Mayazaki.
Much has taken place in the past few days, referring HBO’s TV Show Game of Thrones which recently premiered its finale, a lot of discussion about the season has taken place. With the Game of Thrones finale getting mixed reviews a lot of hustle and bustle has taken over the media. However, there is no doubt that this TV Show, based on Geroge R.R Martin’s book a Song of Ice and Fire is considered to be one of the best TV shows on the planet. So what if the finale did not plan out as it should have been, right? There are more ways you can indulge yourself to see the Seven Kingdoms. As just recently in a blog post the writer George R.R Martin has shared that he has consulted on a video game outside of Japan. Is he referring to a Game of Thrones Video Game?
I’ve consulted on a video game out of Japan. George R.R Martin said.
Now interestingly there have already been various rumors, which seem to claim that an official Game of Thrones Video Game is being developed or being considered by FromSoftware. Such rumors take further heights when the head of the studios mention that the company has two unannounced mysterious titles in the works. With that being said, since this news of Geroge R.R Martin is pretty thin and pretty early. For he has only consulted about a Game of Thrones Video Game. So take this with a pinch of salt for now.
In fact, there also have been claims for a person familiar with FromSoftware, saying that a project has been under development at the company for past three years and that it is an open world title, that also includes horse riding and such. Moreover, he has further confirmed the collaboration between Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R.R Martin as well. Adding that all of this will be confirmed at Microsoft’s E3 2019.
With that being said, stretching out to the possibility that FromSoftware might be working on it would be an overstatement itself. Although E3 2019 is just around the corner and the company does have 2 unannounced titles but thinking that one of them could be a Game of Thrones Video game would be a farfetched statement.
