Let it be known that this is just a rumor but a solid one, at least it seems to be. Apparently, this rumor seems to suggest what we all want; Dragon Age 4 to make an appearance at The Game Awards 2018.

Yes according to VentureBeat, Dragon Age 4 shall make an appearance at The Game Awards 2018. Now since this is a rumor, we would suggest you take this with a grain of salt. Now considering if it turns out to be true, we are in for a treat.

Now, while such expectations are good for a fans health, there are is this assumption that even if Dragon Age 4 makes it at Game Awards 2018. The game still might not roll out for at least three years.

BioWare’s Casey Hudson said on the official BioWare blog that while most of the focus is set on the upcoming cooperative online sci-fi shooter Anthem, which is slated for 22nd Feburary 2018. The devs have not forgotten their roots and even if it takes three more years to perfect they will give it.

He said,

“If you’ve been following these blogs, or myself and Mark Darrah on Twitter, you know we’re also working on some secret Dragon Age stuff. Dragon Age is an incredibly important franchise in our studio, and we’re excited to continue its legacy. Look for more on this in the coming month (though I won’t tell you where to look …).”

So, while there is a lot of excitement to see Dragon Age 4 at Game Awards, the fingers are still pretty much crossed. Having said that The Game Awards 2018 is scheduled to take place on Friday, 7th December at 6:30 am (GMT+5).
