Just recently, Blizzard rolled out the first batch of Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1, World of Warcraft. It is currently live on (PTR) Public Test Realm and shall be released on the live servers next week.

This Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1 batch has been rolled out to the World of Warcraft Client background downloader.

Blizzard has rolled out the first batch of Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1 Tides of Vengeance data to the World of Warcraft Client background downloader.

The download size of this data is about 16.4 GB in size. Also, those players who already have the 8.1 PTR patch already installed on their system, they will have to download only 300 MB of additional data.

Having said that this Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1 Tides of Vengeance is scheduled to release on December 11/12. All the while it shall offer new raids, new Warfront, Incursions, Dwarf and Blood Elf heritage armor, some system improvements and much more.

Following the release of Battle Battle for Azeroth, World of Warcraft’s seventh expansion, Blizzard declared that this expansion has been a selling machine. They added it to be the fastest selling expansion in the history. Adding more to the information, it sold over 3.4 million globally on the launch day.
