It would be a remarkable performance we know that for sure. Al Pacino is a name that needs little introduction. And William Shakespeare’s epic tragedy is known to be unmerciful itself. The combination of the both just might be devastating in a lucrative sense. And It is now a fact that Al Pacino will be staring in the upcoming King Lear adaptation film.

As King Lear Pacino will be depicting a very intense role, where he will begin the gradual descent into madness when his kingdom reaches a fatal end.

Having said that this project will also prove to be another amazing collaboration between Pacino and the director Michael Radford.

For those who do not know, both of them have previously worked on The Merchant of Venice back in 2004. Which was also another adaptation of Shakespeare play.
The director while talking about what we can expect from Al Pacino in upcoming King Lear adaptation film said,

“Lear is the one that everyone aims for. Al has been toying with the idea for a long time. There’s a difference between Shylock, who’s only in five scenes, and Lear, who is in every scene, pretty much.

It’s enormous. I think (Pacino) would like to have that kind of kudos because he’s a terrific actor,” he added

Having said that the shooting for this film shall take place sometime next year in the UK. Which means that there will probably be an year or two before we actually see it in action.

As for Pacino, he will also be seen playing a role in Quentin Tarantino’s, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

I have a lot of love for Movies especially science fiction however nothing beats the fun of sitting behind a screen and playing some hard core FPS games. Apart from them i am a major lover of Assassins Creed titles especially Brotherhood, The Witcher and God Of War. Huge fan of animation director Hayo Mayazaki.
